Here at UserIQ, we provide multiple site ID's or multiple instances of UserIQ for our customers to use. This can be beneficiary to our customers in the following scenarios:
1. You can use two different environments to work with a single instance of your website (ex: app.useriq.com) i.e. you can create a staging/testing environment and test out multiple campaigns on that environment and only move the final versions into the production environment so that production environment looks clean.
2. You can also use multiple site ID's for multiple instances of your website i.e. when you have multiple versions of your own website (ex: app.useriq.com, eu.useriq.com, sandbox.useriq.com, qa.useriq.com) to separate campaigns and segments for different websites.
3. You can also use multiple site ID's when you have different instances for different sections of audiences. For example you could have your product for regular end-users and you could also have it for admins. In situations like these, it would be best if you have two different site ID's as you would not want to mix up different audiences under a single site ID.
