This text box changes the name of your engagement if you decide to change it. You can change the engagement name by clicking on engagement name text.

This text box displays the contents of the NPS survey you want to send to your users. You can add text, pictures, hyperlinks, and videos.
Use this drop-down menu to determine the action of the left and right buttons of that particular NPS survey.
The options are
- Dismiss – Closes the Announcement. It will never show again.
- (No Button) – Does not display a button. The In-App Announcement can be closed by clicking outside the window or by clicking the X on the top right corner.
The right button is SUBMIT by default.
LEFT/RIGHT BUTTON TEXT
Click on this text box to edit the text that appears in the buttons of this specific NPS survey.
Toggle this to on, to display a comment box after a rating is given.
Toggle this to on, to darken the background when this modal is displayed. This is useful when calling attention to important and critical information. NOTE: Darkened background will not apply to info bar (banner) NPS engagements.
OPEN LINKS IN NEW WINDOW
Toggle this to on, to display any links in a new window.
Select the specific location that you want to display this NPS Survey.
- Top Right – Positions the modal in the top right position.
- Top Left - Positions the modal in the top left position.
- Bottom Right - Positions the modal in the bottom right position.
- Bottom Left - Positions the modal in the bottom left position.
- Center - Positions the modal in the center position.
DISPLAY ON SPECIFIC PAGE
Select the specific page that you want to display this NPS Survey.
You can select this option to delay the presentation of your NPS Survey by 'x' seconds after your app loads.
SHOW MORE THAN ONCE
Toggle this on and select the number of times you would like to present an engagement. Selecting it will cause the NPS Survey to appear every session. The slider changes the number of times the survey will be displayed, increasing it to multiple sessions per 24 hours.
Note for NPS/Custom Surveys: If "show more than once" has been enabled, but a user has already submitted a response, they will not see it again. If the NPS/Custom survey happens to be inside of a launcher, then the user will be shown the survey again, and their consecutive responses will be added to the campaign results page.
ADD REMIND ME BUTTON
Toggle this on to add a Remind Me button. This button will override the SHOW MORE THAN ONCE option and will display the NPS Survey again 24 hours later.
This option would be best useful for presenting a tour once every 'x' days - indefinitely until you pause the engagement. Enabling this option could be very dangerous - Ex: if you have enabled this option to reset engagement impressions once every '2' days, this engagement would be presented to your end users once every 2 days (indefinitely until the engagement is paused), even if the user has already seen the engagement. One other important point to note is that - if you configure to reset impressions once every 'x' days, the engagement results for that engagement would also be removed after the 'x' day period–meaning, there won't be a historical list of results unless you export the engagement result data once every two days
This button saves your progress for this NPS Survey and takes you to the audience configuration page.
