With our latest UserIQ v4.0 update, you can have deeper, more meaningful insights on your feature and segment usage like never before!
The new feature detail dashboard helps you track the following five metrics:
The number displayed in the graph is the total number of clicks/impressions for the given named feature over the past 30 days.
It also gives a percentage change when compared with the previous month. This total number of clicks is color-coded - green for an increase over last month, red for a decrease. If the clicks are increased in comparison to the previous month it is green else it is displayed in red. The subtle graph displayed behind total impressions number gives you a look at the overall trend in the last 30 days.
Top Users and Accounts
This leaderboard provides insight into your top users and accounts. We determine top users based on the total number of clicks and/or page views in the past 30 days. Using those metrics, we display the top 6 users with highest clicks in the past 30 days.
Similarly, we calculate total clicks per account by combining number of clicks from all users in that account. We display the top 6 accounts that have used this feature in the past 30 days.
Clicks/Impressions Over Time
This graph provides insight into the of number of unique users that clicked on the named feature per day, the number of unique accounts those users fall into and the total number of clicks per day. For example, from the graph above, one can clearly state that usage is decreasing on weekend - which is where you see the decreasing trend.
Feature Usage Correlation
This is by far the most intelligent comparison metric we have ever developed!
As you can see in the above graphs, you can now compare a specific feature usage with other feature usages. From the view above, you can easily find out which named features are used together. The image shown above displays metrics for clicking our Dashboard icon. With our feature usage correlation, you now have the power to say "of all the users that clicked Dashboard, 68% also clicked User dropdown, 63% also clicked Intelligence dropdown, etc."
Segment detail page is similar to our Dashboard 2.0. You can have a look at that article by following this URL: https://useriq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000328794.
