UserIQ handles iFrames as any other page of your app. There is no special installation process for installing the tracking snippet inside of an iFrame. All you would need to do is to make sure you install the same tracking snippet you installed in your main page in every iFrame (Tracking Snippet Installation Guide). The code handles the rest.
You can toggle the features for iframes on/off by checking the box on/off under user settings in UserIQ. This setting is to allow/deny multiple Admin Panels (UIQ bubbles) in a single page i.e if you have more than one iFrame in a single page, checking the box for "Admin Panel in iFrames" enables you to have an Admin Panel in each of those iFrames. However, if this is checked off, the Admin Panel will be displayed:
1. Only in the iFrame that loads first (if all the pages are iFrames)
2. Only on the main page (if iFrame loads on top of the main page)
