To streamline workflow, we at UserIQ have come up with a new, more intuitive way to organize our campaigns in the 'All Campaigns' view, under the 'Campaigns' drop-down in UserIQ app.
Campaign Organization–Simplified with Tabs
We started to organize all the campaigns (except for tooltips and Launchers) based on the statuses of campaigns. We already know that there are four possible statuses for any UserIQ campaign, namely: Pause, Preview, Active, Scheduled. All the campaigns that have either Active/Preview as their campaign status would be displayed in the new "PRIORITIZED" tab. Similarly, all the campaigns that have status as "Scheduled" or "Paused" would respectively be displayed in "SCHEDULED" and "PAUSED" tabs.
We have decided to display all the Tooltips and Launchers in separate individual tabs, as we consider them as special campaigns.
Sorting Campaigns–Drag, Drop & Done!
As you are already aware, the campaigns in UserIQ are displayed to your end-users based on a priority. The topmost campaign in the 'PRIORITIZED' tab has the highest priority (if there are multiple Active campaigns that your end-user hasn't seen already, the topmost Active campaign would be presented first), and the priority gradually decreases as we go down the list of campaigns.
You can drag and drop campaigns up/down in the 'PRIORITIZED' tab to increase/decrease priority respectively.
Note: Please note that the priority sorting functionality (to drag/drop campaigns) is only available for the 'PRIORITIZED' and 'LAUNCHERS' tabs only. If you would like to increase/decrease priority for a "Paused" campaign, you would have to change its status to "Preview" or "Active".
New! Multi-Select Filters
We have updated the way filters can be applied to all the new tabs in 'All Campaigns'. Now, you can select multiple campaign types (Announcements, Guided Tours, Custom Survey's etc.,) from the "CAMPAIGN TYPE" and "TAGS" drop-downs, to better filter from the existing list of campaigns.
Launchers Campaign Nesting
We have also re-designed how we display the campaigns inside a launcher. If you look at the screenshot below, clicking on the button that displays the number of campaigns inside a Launcher expands and displays the existing campaigns in the Launcher. You can click on the same button to collapse the campaigns view for that Launcher.
Sorting Launchers in the LAUNCHERS Tab:Sorting Launchers in the "LAUNCHERS" tab in 'All Campaigns' view is similar to how you would sort any other campaign in the "PRIORITIZED" tab, i.e., dragging and dropping the Launchers up/down to increase/decrease priority respectively.
Sorting Campaigns in Launcher, in the LAUNCHERS tab:Clicking on the button that displays the number of campaigns inside a Launcher expands and displays the existing campaigns in the Launcher. You can then click on the up/down keys to change positions within the Launcher.
All the Archived campaigns can be accessed by clicking on the "Archives" button on the top right corner. We have also included the "CREATE A CAMPAIGN" button right next to the "Archives" button, that enables you to quickly create a campaign.
