To streamline workflow, we at UserIQ have come up with a new, more intuitive way to organize our campaigns in the 'All Campaigns' view, under the 'Campaigns' drop-down in UserIQ app.
Campaign Organization–Simplified with Tabs
The campaigns listed under the "campaigns" tab are organized based on the "last modified" date that is specified below the name of the campaign.
All the campaigns (except tooltips) that have either "Active"/"Preview" as the campaign status would be displayed in the "prioritized" tab.
Sorting Campaigns–Drag, Drop & Done!
As you are already aware, the campaigns in UserIQ are displayed to your end-users based on a priority. The topmost campaign in the 'prioritized' tab has the highest priority (if there are multiple Active campaigns that your end-user hasn't seen already, the topmost Active campaign would be presented first), and the priority gradually decreases as we go down the list of campaigns.
You can drag and drop campaigns up/down in the 'PRIORITIZED' tab to increase/decrease priority respectively.
Note: The priority sorting functionality (to drag/drop campaigns) is only available for the 'PRIORITIZED' tab only.
New! Multi-Select Filters
We have updated the way filters can be applied in 'Campaigns'. Now, you can select multiple campaign "types" (Announcements, Guided Tours, Custom Survey's etc.,), "tags", "device", and "status" to better filter from the existing list of campaigns.
Launchers Campaign Nesting
We have also re-designed how we display the campaigns inside a launcher. If you look at the screenshot below, clicking on the button that displays the number of campaigns inside a Launcher expands and displays the existing campaigns in the Launcher. You can click on the same button to collapse the campaign's view for that Launcher.
All the Archived campaigns can be accessed by clicking on the "Archives" button on the top right corner. We have also included the "CREATE A CAMPAIGN" button right next to the "Archives" button, which enables you to quickly create a campaign.
