Creating a walkthrough
Step 1: A walkthrough can be created by clicking on the NEW CAMPAIGN button on the campaign page. This will give you a number of campaigns to select from. Under walkthroughs, there are three types as shown in the screenshot below.
A tooltip walkthrough requires a title and description for the element selected, as follows:
A numbered walkthrough attaches a number for the element selected, as follows:
A beacon walkthrough points to the element selected with a ripple, as follows:
Step 2: Click on a walkthrough type. This can be changed later.
Step 3: Fill in the walkthrough details that appears. To add a step, click on the ADD STEP button.
Step 4: Select an element on the device on which the step is to be added. Make sure the element has a unique property.
Step 5: Other screens on which the selected element is valid can be selected if necessary.
Step 6: Walkthrough type for this step can be altered if required by selecting one of the three given types and changing its style.
Step 7: Select options on when to stop the step.
Step 8: Once done, click on SAVE STEP. Now, you can see a step added to the walkthrough. Any number of steps can be added.
Step 9: The audience for the walkthrough can be selected under the Audience Pane.
Step 10: The scheduling of the walkthrough can be done under the Schedule Pane.
Step 11: Click on SAVE WALKTHROUGH to save it.
