There is a time selector allowing both one time and recurring engagements to be scheduled for a specific date and time.
On the engagement list page, the user will now see a Scheduled Icon represented by the calendar. If an engagement is recurring there is a circular indicator on the calendar icon. Next to the schedule, use the pencil icon to edit or add schedule if no schedule exists.
If an Engagement has a schedule, the edit will pop up a modal which allows the user to see the dates or edit/delete the schedule.
If there is no schedule, the edit will pop up a modal which allows the user to add a schedule.
Adding a schedule to an engagement allows the user to pick the Schedule type and the Date/Time combinations.
Creating a daily schedule is straightforward, and the user simply picks a start date time and end date time. If you’d like an engagement to be on a recurring schedule, the drop down reflects the days of the week and using the shift key the user can select multiple days of the week and then move on to select the start date time and end date time.
If you’d like to have monthly recurring engagements, once the frequency box is changed to monthly a Start Day of Month and End Day of Month box appears which allows the user to select a start day and end day.
You can then select the start date and end date and times, and the engagement will run on the 9th thru the 12th of the month beginning in April thru May based on Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.
If an engagement is active and you’d like to switch it to Paused, a modal will display a warning stating there is an active schedule. You will have the option to delete the schedule to proceed.
**Schedules only apply to Active and Paused Engagements. Schedules are not applicable for preview or archived engagements.
