What exactly are plays
Plays allow you to customize a series of predefined tasks for the CS team to execute on based on a triggered event. For example, a Play can be defined that addresses how the team actions on clients that are detractors on an NPS or vice versa. Plays allow you to operationalize and automate what CS does on a daily basis and build out repeatable processes for the CS Team.
