Add the ability to upload "Visitors and Accounts" in Bulk via CSV

I'd like the ability to upload Accounts and Users through a CSV file. Sometimes, account and user info is lacking due to the user record needing to be created which isn't done until they login.

  This would be a great feature - especially for companies that had just implemented UserIQ. If account and user info could be manually uploaded, it would provide visibility into those accounts and users who had not logged in since UserIQ started tracking activity. This would allow for Customer Success teams to contact those users to encourage them to start using services again, and to engage them and begin monitoring their activity once they did log in.
