Add the ability to copy a launcher from one site to another

I would like the ability to copy a launcher (with embedded campaigns) from one site to another. Setting up a launcher and moving the campaigns into it in my preview system takes a long time. Once done and ready to flip the switch on for my users, I have to remove all the campaigns from inside the launcher, then copy them over to my other site, and then recreate the launcher on the other site, edit the segments, edit the campaign names, etc...
